Chris is the Managing Director of Reynolds & Fyshe. He provides senior Canadian marketing leadership with a unique blend of strategic advisory on digital disruption, operational efficiency, and business accountability. He leads the firm's Contract & Compensation and Value Assessment services, supporting all practice areas across the firm.
With over 25 years of senior-level experience, Chris has consulted on marketing management issues for some of Canada's most recognized brands in a broad range of categories, including Automotive, Real Estate, Food Service, Telecom and Financial industries.
Before joining Reynolds & Fyshe in 2012, Chris held senior client management roles at Canada's leading agencies, including Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Cossette, EuroRSCG/Havas and John St.
As a primary resource to clients navigating the complexities of modern marcom transparency, Chris’s expertise is centered on Contractual Strength, optimizing compensation and legal terms to protect client interests and drive measurable performance; Operational Governance, establishing robust performance measures, optimal workflow processes, and clear accountability standards, and; Value Verification, providing objective analysis and proof points that validate marketing investment and secure ROI credibility.
