An Agency Value Assessment is often warranted when a client has concerns about agency partner cost, delivery or performance. These concerns can manifest in many ways, like substandard creative product or/and creative delivery issues, inappropriate timelines, improper staff allocations, communications problems, lack of disclosure, deviation from industry standards, etc. The result, without proper attention, is an erosion of trust.
